Our rifle season is broken up into two segments. The Oregon Department of Fish and Game manages this area for numbers. Simply put, we have a lot of elk. We hunt out of remote camps on the ranch. Depending on how and where the herds are at the time of your hunt we may pack you in on horseback.

The key to our success is: we treat the ranch like a refuge. Elk have plenty of feed and water here. We are the largest piece of private property on the mountain. Our place holds elk.

We allow only eight hunters in either 1st or 2nd season. All of our big game hunts are done from camps on the ranch completely outfitted with all the amenities to make your hunt safe and comfortable.

The State of Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife allows some areas to harvest bulls and cows, depending on the size of the herd. Our ranch is in an area that has such hunting. If you are interested in a BULL/COW combo hunt, see our available special hunts page.

Trophy Elk Hunt

1st Season Elk - Up to 6 Days - $5895pp
2nd Season Elk - Up to 11 Days - Either Sex - $3895pp

Our elk hunts are all done on private property. We have an exceptional herd of nice elk with solid scores of 325 to 350. At this time our cow to bull ratio is high, which means we can offer cow tags during our hunting season so you can take advantage of ensuring your success and a good harvest of a nice bull as well as a cow.

All of our big game hunts are done up on the mountain out of our high-country camps complete with wall tents, dutch oven cooking, friendly experienced guides, and a truly nice herd of elk. You will not be disappointed, so book with confidence.
