As you ride the hillsides and canyons with your friends, our pointers hunt out in front of you to find coveys of birds. You will see the countryside from a vantage point most unique. This is the most unique hunt offered in the United States today. A chance to live like a king from a horse, hunting over dogs who live to do it, and shooting wild birds in a paradise known as Ruggs Ranch. This experience is strictly a double-gun hunt.  We take in no more than 4 guns per camp.

If you’ve never ridden or think you don’t get along with horses, don’t give it a second thought. We use the horses every day, 365 days-a-year, on the ranch. Well broke and seasoned, they know every square mile and will take good care of you.
